Business inquiry: Exclusive copyrighted assets for 4K video campaign

Post by CiroPerrino »

Dear Magic Music Visuals Support,

I am Ciro Perrino an independent music composer, publisher and producer from Italy.
I am currently structuralizing a 4K video production campaign using Magic Music Visuals v2.5 to promote my music catalog, which ranges from Progressive Rock to New Age, and music dedicated to meditation and relaxation.

To ensure my videos remain unique and distinctive in the international marketplace, I am looking to acquire high-quality abstract and geometric visual assets under strict EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP.
I need to be the sole legal owner of these visuals, meaning they must not be available to the general public or part of any standard stock library. We are looking for a fair and reasonable investment to secure the exclusive copyrights for these designs.

My specific question is:
Do you provide, or can you create, custom-made, proprietary dynamic assets that I can purchase with exclusive ownership? Alternatively, can you officially recommend a partner company or digital design studio that sells exclusive, single-buyer graphic assets programmed natively to liquefy and animate from the inside out using your v2.5 software pipelines?

Our priority is to refine what already functions perfectly within your software, but with completely unique and unrepeatable artistic imagery tailored to our specific musical genres.

I look forward to your sharp and professional guidance on this matter.

Best regards,

Ciro Perrino Sanremo,

Italy

Hi Ciro,
It would ultimately be up to the contract you have with a designer. To facilitate this, Magic has passwords for opening projects and for editing projects. A designer could give you the 'open project' password so you could run scenes but not edit them. This would protect your exclusive rights (to some extent) and the designers intellectual property (to some extent) but it would come down to the contract at the end of the day.
