Might as well join the party
I prefer to use static scenes and trying to keep things simple, but it ain't easy to make it super exciting.
This is a spectrum using the default cubes that come with Magic. I use it for my intro when I'm streaming sometimes, hence the "Starting Soon".
The grid is 20x20, and a scene is used for each column.
As you could imagine, while I did duplicate scenes, I still had to adjust the globals for each and every cube in each scene.

3D Spectrum w/ Delay
Re: 3D Spectrum w/ Delay
Neat! A minimalist but intriguing challenge.
Re: 3D Spectrum w/ Delay
This shows once again that less is sometimes more.
Even if there's not much to see, it's fascinating to watch for a while.
Well done!

Thanks for the kind words!
I made this based off another idea, and I noticed something interesting when visually looking at it.
In this example: If you look at the words, the "waveform" will appear blocky and like the 20 bars being used.
However, if you follow the waveform with your eyes, you'll see a lot more detail.
I just think it's a neat trick of the brain
