Playlist Transition and Syphon Output

I was wondering if other people have playlist transitions working with the syphon output? In my set up, when I start a transition, the syphon output goes black and then stays black till the transition is complete and then comes back with the new scene. Wondering if perhaps there is something I'm missing or maybe an issue with my setup. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, same issue. And after some playing around I got it to work. I changed the blend mode of the layer that had the syphon input on it to ignore alpha and this worked. Now the transitions show fine in madmapper. Nice!
