Issue: No output & freezes on Exit... UNLESS I run as Administrator

Hi all. I've got a weird one for you, following up on a similar issue to what these two people were running into:

I recently migrated from my old PC...
Windcows 11 Pro 21H2, Asus motherboard, Intel i7-4790K CPU, GTX 2060 Super GPU

To a new, freshly built PC...
Windows 11 Pro 24H2, Asus motherboard, Ryzen 9 7950 CPU, GTX 4070 GPU

However, after the move, I was running into two scenarios on the new PC:

Rarely - Magic would run normally and output properly, and close when I hit close without issue.

Or more frequently - It would output no video to Magic Window, to Spout, to anything (though I can still navigate menus and edit nodes perfectly fine). And when I close the application it would crash.

I tried reinstalling, I tried updating drivers, I tried disabling onboard graphics, I tried Reset All Settings, nothing seemed to work, until I tried one thing that did: running it as an administrator.

If I run as admin, it has 100% started with visuals (magic window and Spout) and closes without crashing.

Obviously having to run it as an admin isn't ideal, so if anyone has any theories or suggestions on what I might be dealing with, I'd be absolutely appreciative!

If Magic crashes, you should see errors in your event log - this may give a clue as to what is causing the crash and perhaps the lack of output. There are some reports of permission errors for nvidia drivers, though not related to output, but since an elevated Magic solves the problem, this does seem to point to permissions.
