Cant export video error finalizing

I'm having some troubles exporting a video of mine. Every time I try to export it renders and such all the frames then at the last point i get an error and it says "error couldnt finalize movie" any suggestions for fixing this?

Does this happen even for short videos? I'm wondering if maybe you are exceeding the 4GB file size limit.

it doesnt happen for short videos , but the file isnt more then 500mb based on a similar length video that i used the same scene to export from

Ok, I'm not sure, because I haven't had anyone mention an issue like this before. I'll see if I can think of anything else.

I currently have the issue that the exported video is just black... Sound yes, but the picture is black.
