middle-mouse-grab-scrolling also in other windows

like playlist, and audio/midi window, etc. that way mmb-scrolling is consistent in all windows.

Ok, I understand the consistency argument
. But for those windows, do you actually prefer MMB-dragging to using the scrollwheel?

if both are an option, and the dragging isnt limited by the border of the screen, then yes. im used to that from other software like blender, inkscape or photoshop and find it to be more precise and faster than the mousewheel.
it's a matter of tase though probably. thats why i was only making the consistency argumebt
