Recommendations (Windows 10)

Post by stephen7293 »

So a buddy loaned be his BCD 3000 to start MIDI mapping my performances, and sadly I found out that it is not compatible with windows 10. Now, I am new to the whole midi controller scene, so does anyone have good recommendations for controllers compatible with both Windows 10 and Magic? I've seen a few suggestions, but I'd like to have a list to compare.

Are you sure it doesn't work on Windows 10? I did a quick search and found this post: http://forum.music-group.com/showthread ... x64-driver

I contacted Behringer Music Group directly and they told me none of the functions were operable with windows 10, since it had been discontinued. But I will check out this link! Thank you!

They actually don't even have those drivers listed on their website anymore. I searched their entire product and download sections.

I have the Numark Orbit (http://www.numark.com/product/orbit). I really like it and it's a great value -- Amazon sells it for only $50 (http://www.amazon.com/Numark-Wireless-H ... B00BF82I9W). It works perfectly with Windows 7, 8, and 10. And all OS X versions too.
