Magic Music Visuals

Here's a video I made for a track I released called "Scream" - I incorporated Magic for some of the background textures and random eye candy clips. Music and animation by me. My main genre is dance / house / edm - but I have fun making rock too and this was one of my left-field projects - in both music and visuals - I hope you enjoy .

you did the whole character animation? that sounds like a lot of work. awesome

Thank you, it's not as hard as it sounds - especially with all the new 3D tools out, coming up with ideas to film was harder actually - cheers

did you use mocap data? or was that all manual keyframing? what software do you use? questions...

i use several 3D software, but for this project i used iclone - reallusion.com - easy to make stuff fast with it.
for the effects i use hitfilm.com and sony movie studio, for the most part i use mocap data, but I also keyframe motions as well.

Doing everything from scratch can be very time consuming, so i take more of a modder approach to have more time for making music - which can be time consuming all its own.
