Black Screen on external display

When switching to fullscreen on external display all I get is black, everything works fine on my native display and in windowed mode on the external display,
I am using Intel HD Graphics 530 and GeForce GTX 980M 8GB graphics.

Can anyone offer any help with this?

Hmm, I'm not sure what could be going on there. So when you drag the small Magic window onto the external display, it works fine?

Windows 10.
Somehow I got it figured out, the signal just needed to be refreshed.
