I recently purchased Magic & installed it on a Samsung AMD A6 running Windows 8.1 with Radeon graphics. it won't toggle out of full screen or let me do anything, hard shutdown is the only way out. So, I want to put Magic on my other computer, Samsung i7 windows 8.1 running Nvidia graphics. how do I change my purchase key to another computer? Or, debug Magic on my AMD? thanks - avajra

Sorry about that. Some graphics cards can be finicky. For this reason, we have the menu option
Window > Magic Window Options > Re-Init When Exiting Fullscreen. Let me know if it helps.

All you have to do is select the menu option
Help > Deactivate, and then your key can be used on another computer.

I would generally recommend Nvidia graphics, because it seems to be more stable than AMD. That's just my experience though.

Thanks for your quick reply Eric. Sounds good but... when Magic opens... popup window; "can't find input" & the input is connected, & when I click okay it sends me to full screen so I'm stuck in a whirlpool. cant deactivate, can try your init fix. avajra

Hmm, it sounds like you may have accidentally selected the Start In Fullscreen option?
In that case the best thing would be to delete your preferences folder, which will remove all settings you changed. Make sure you are not running Magic, open a folder window, and go to C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming. Simply delete the Magic folder, and then run Magic again.
That should do it, but if not, let me know.
