Figured I ask another one that is important to me at the moment. So say I want to oscillate from -2.0 to 2.0 is there a simple way to achieve this? I noticed that someone mentioned LFOs when I tried searching this question prior to asking, and I feel like that would work well for this, but if there is already a mechanism in place I could use that would be awesome. I don't fully remember all my algebra so there could be a way with the formulas that I'm not thinking of.

Try this:

Sin Osc
Offset -0.5
Scale 4.0

Thanks the offset at -.5 is extremely helpful for going from positive to negative and back.
