I was just about to upgrade my Music Magic to V3 (coming from V2), but I was prompted to pay.
Do I really have to pay again? I’ve already purchased the program...

It's a major release with many significant new features and enhancements which have been repeatedly requested over the years - as well as native running on Apple silicon.

This must have involved a significant investment of design time and money, and I'm happy to pay to keep Magic development viable.

It's usual for such releases to be chargeable with a discount to owners of the previous major version, and this helps fund further refinements and additions to the new version which will be released without further charge.

Fair enough! While things are often handled differently in my own industry, I certainly respect your approach. I didn’t see any mention of a discount, though—is there a code for that?

No code needed. All V2 users currently get a 25% discount to upgrade, but this may change in the future.
