Cannot open microphone

Hi, I have within the last 2 months been unable to get magic to open my microphone audio device. I can't say I've changed anything pertinent... I usually run Serato alongside magic or just magic alone and have not had this problem. It won't show up in devices. Yes I have restarted and reinstalled to no avail. Please help, the software is nigh pointless without it reacting to my microphone.

Restarting and reinstalling will not reset the settings. Try using Help > Reset All Settings.
