3D depth maps & SBS outputs & alternatives??

Has anyone attempted to combine reshade/superdepth with MMV?
Do elements within MMV provide depth mapping? so that moving images once converted to a SBS output provide a 3D visuals

i have a pair of Xreal Glasses that can convert SBS video output to provide the stereo3D

the idea of 3D depth, music & realtime video manipulation, might be another avenue to explore??
thoughts?

with the Xreal glasses, there is Real3D mode that is builtin to their glasses using their custom X1 chip, which takes any video source, and creates a depth map using AI, and then outputs it....
the issue is, the Xreal glasses will only output the video @ 30FPS when using Real3D mode... which admittedly is fine for watching movies and the like

but any fast moving images there will be artifacts introduced due to the 30FPS, which makes the scope for Real3D somewhat underwhelming for gaming or fast paced FPS...

that said, the Xreal Glasses are capable of 120hz @ 1080p when SBS is used... which makes the side-by-side option more advantageous

Yes, that is possible, but you have to set it up yourself.

The Model module has been significantly improved for v3, so you can load nice models with depth mapping, and then you just set up two viewports using the Resolution module to do side-by-side.

Essentially what you want to do is use a Translate module in opposite directions for each eye -- you'll have to play with the exact values.

As the input, you source from the same Model (so that you don't need to load it twice).

See my attached screenshot. It's a bit hard to tell, but if you look closely you can see that the two images are slightly different: more of the front is showing in the second one... I think I did it backwards actually ;)
