Additional functionality for "Exclude Scene From Post-Processing"

Am I wrong in thinking there's unimplemented functionality implied by "Exclude Scene From Post-Processing"? ("Exclude..." hereafter).
Ticking or unticking "Exclude..." has no effect if a scene already has Post-Processing.
It's a setting that can be changed but there's no resultant action. The scene has Post-Processing regardless.
I suggest the following "Exclude..." functionality If a scene already has Post-Processing:
- Ticking "Exclude..." would deactivate the scene's Post-Processing module via its bypass button.
- Subsequent Scene > Add/Update Post-Processing Scene would re-draw the scene without the Post-Processing module.
otherwise
- Unticking "Exclude..." would reactivate the scene's Post-Processing module via its bypass button.
