Make Video Run from Playhead

Hello,

I have a video running through my project.

When I start audio at say, the 2:15 mark, I would like the video to also run from the 2:15 mark.

Instead, the video just runs continuously even when the audio is not running (or sometimes would start from the beginning, but I couldn't figure out why).

Keep in mind, this is a bit of an inefficient workaround. In the future we'll likely add a way to do it more sensibly.
