but get and odd email with no links?
What is going on?

Hmm, it must be some kind of malware protection from your email provider, or something like that? I'm not sure. Hopefully you can disable it temporarily?

Ah! thanks for the tip - Virgin marked it as spam - so I moved from spam to inbox and all is well - cheers for the nudge!
