my old email address linked to my product purchase has been hacked, beyond recovery. I have now a new email address. would or could you be so kind to help me resolve this issue? I have lost my faith ever regaining access to my (old address) and contacting everyone is a hassle...
I don't have your product installed anymore due to a hard drive crash, and as my work as an artist I am in need of your product but can't afford to buy it twice.. Please help me out here!
