Alternative to VIDVOX ISF Editor import from Shadertoy

As some have found, the awesome VIDVOX ISF Editor can no longer import from Shadertoy - due to Shadertoy's new human verification step.

In the meantime I just tried asking Claude AI to convert a copy/pasted Shadertoy shader (single tab) to ISF. I then copy/pasted Claude’s code into the ISF Editor. It worked first time, and subsequent requested tweaks almost always worked too. Only one compilation error in the ISF editor in the whole session, and that was fixed on the first attempt.

Thanks Terry, it's less convenient but more creative process. I also had success with multi-buffer shaders. Claude is liable use 'ínt' in the json occasionally and a couple of other foibles but works well mostly and can diagnose issues from screenshots of output. When Claude doesn't work, ChatGPT is the next best and Grok is ok on coding too. As you say, the ISF Editor is still very useful for testing and iteration.

I've used chatGPT for simple shaders like this one https://www.shadertoy.com/view/ltcGDl and it worked just great, including adding INPUTS compatible with Magic.
