Magic Music Visuals

Hello!

I was working on a project yesterday and today I can't seem to open it anymore. I left it in a 'working' condition.

Project loading failed:
"/Users/reyn/Desktop/MIDIPiano.magic"

Anyone knows a way to repair it, trouble shoot or even to 'force' to open it? Would be great if I don't loose all the work from yesterday.

Sorry but...Does the file exist? What is its size? And all those other basic questions.
You could try to post the file here (or send to Magic folks) to see if they can open it.
Do you have the Auto-Backup Projects option enabled?
Unfortunately, magic projects are not human readable. If Magic reports a loading failed then (assuming the file exists) there's no way to repair it.

I included the file in question. Hopefully it can still be openend.

And I turned on Auto-Backup Projects. Sadly too late I reckon. Not sure why I turned it off tbh.. weird.

Happily, I had no problems opening it, apart from a missing ISF and midi file.

Weird, so weird. It still doesn't open at my side. Any ideas what this could be? I'm a newbie with Magic. I'm on MacOS 12.7.6 M1 Max 64GB.

Not a mac head but permissions? Try copy the file to a different location.

Ah no luck.I even re-downloaded the file that worked for you.

But I rebuilt the preset and have autosave on for the future.
