Magic Music Visuals

hi , I have encountered a problem with the video input. When I click on the File button nothing happens.
I uninstalled the program and done a clean in install but the problem remains.I have been using Magic for many years.
Any ideas please?

Try Help > Reset Default Paths.

If that doesn't work try Help > Reset All Settings.

I am having the same problem, since yesterday. I have not changed anything and i have had no problems in the previous 2 years. MacOS. I

I have to restart and the software fails to load some videos when I restart. I can load them again individually into each scene. But after a few this fails and says the files are invalid. This is the same message when I try to load a new video file. They are all mp4 and I have reset the default paths and restarted several times as suggested. When I duplicate a scene, the video file goes missing from the duplicated scene.i hope I can get this fixed as I have an exhibition submission I must finish this week.

Update ; It hasnt happened today when creating new videos with a small number of scenes. i wonder is it something to do with memory/cache or something as I only have around 10 gb space left
