Magic Music Visuals

hello when I am working on videos I do not know how to get the output to come out of the Headphones jack ( or the Airpods if I attempt to use them). It's like the Magic program has a mind of it's own and will only use the computer output. I am using an Apple M1 laptop with Ventura 6.1. I have been thru the manual and the forum but I don't see the controls for the output --- besides the obvious --- which are going to the system settings and selecting the sound output source. Thanks

but that's just it. it's ignoring the system settings. If the system is set to headphone or Airpod --- it still only plays from the computer speaker. And it is the only program that I have that does that.
