Error: Couldn't Open Audio Input Device

Error occurs every time I open the software. Unable to see or open Input Sources Window. Reinstalled Magic and Audio drivers but problem persists. Checked microphone and other permissions for Magic and nothing is stopped. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Try selecting Window > Window Layout > Reset Window positions.
