Circular Waveform Sizing

There are many ways to roll one's own circular waveform but it's great to be able to add a quick circular wf when constructing scenes live or semi-live. The circular waveform's peaks are big for most music which is great for some cases but it is also nice to have the peaks scaled down. For a non-circular (i.e. linear) waveform this is easy with a scale node (which one usually needs anyhow). Options to scale the waveform and adjust the radius would allow users to do the same with circular waveforms.
