Can I purchase VJ versions for my artists?

I'm Angela H Evans owner of New Acid Planet - the admin arm of music labels LAZEE DOG and Techno kat.

I run challenges for the producer/ DJs signed to my labels. I would like to offer the winning producer of one of these challenges ( inhouse remix contest) a VJ copy of MAGIC. Am I able to do this and how this be done? I am shortly submitting entries to the judges so will be looking to purchase in a couple of weeks time.

I have the studio version and enjoy using it to create teaser music videos of upcoming or new released tracks.

Are you asking if you can buy a license and then give it to someone else? Of course.
