Magic Music Visuals

Greetings...
I'm asking for a friend..(really..)
he want to press play on his drum machine to start song and have magic start a video for him.....(then play a new one after stopping drum machine and starting a new song)... he's using midi...

is there an easy way to do this...??

Assuming Magic is already receiving the midi command and that no other process requires that midi command, this is quite trivial. Set up the playlist to contain an empty scene and a video scene for each track. Assign the play button to 'next entry in playlist' then on each press of the play button have Magic change scene. Start with the empty scene, press play and it will move to next video scene, press play again and it will move the next empty scene etc.

This is the way.
