I have an upcoming event I need to purchase this software for. It is very frustrating, as I have always enjoyed this software. I would have already found an alternative if the current production team did not already use magic. I have been wanting to purchase this product for years and now that I have a justification I cant even do it...

Sorry about that. Unfortunately it's an issue with our hosting provider and they tell us it will be fixed soon. But in the meantime, if you contact us through our contact page (
https://magicmusicvisuals.com/contact), we can send you a payment invoice manually and then get you a license.
