(need help) Can't see the imput source window.

Hi, I just download Magic and unlike the demo that I had, I can't see, or use the Imput Window. I already tried ctrl+shift+i and nothing...
I suspect that the window is open but hiding somewhere that I can't click, because when I move the main window around, there's a border of something that flickers on the upper side of my pc screen. (as shown in picture)
Please, I need help ASAP because this problem makes the program unusable to me. (I already tried to change my PC resolution to no result)
