blender object 3D models in nested scenes render 2D

I have one scene with a 3d blender object model. The 3D information is somehow getting lost when I nest the scene into another one. Is this a known issue?

It is not a known issue. You'll have to explain more fully but perhaps you're applying a 2d effect in the 1st scene.

thanks for reply. I reloaded the project and for whatever reason it suddenly works. So issue resolved.
