Vector graphics (svg)?

Hey guys,
Is there any way to load SVG vector images? Maybe some plugin or shader thingy or whatever. I don't see support for svg in the list of formats for Image module, but maybe there is some workaround?
I have 200 svg images and it just seems such a pain to convert them all to png:)
