Magic Music Visuals

Hi,

When I use the Videofile module with 4K video clips, the computer's CPU goes bonkers and everything lags. I tried with a 1080 video, that works fine.

I'm running Windows 10, my specs are:
i7-7700 CPU
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Samsung external T7 SSD's via USB 3.1

Is it still too heavy to run 4K with these specs? And if so, is there any way to make the Magic Window run smoother while working?

If the CPU is the constraint, then you should try re-encoding the file with a different codec. The one that is the most CPU-efficient, especially if you have a fast SSD drive, is called "Hap": https://hap.video/
