No audio output device is available

Hi all,
Total noob to the whole thing o this is probably a total noob issue. Plus, I have searched for help on the forums for this but to no real avail.
Earlier, I was able to use my ASIO4ALL option but now for some reason I keep getting the following error message when I click on it:
"No audio output device is available. Please make sure your system sound is configured properly." (see screenshot attached).
Have closed all other apps except Magic and I'm still getting nothing.
I could very easily use my external Focusrite soundcard but I'd rather use my inbuilt PC soundcard.
Anyone got any helpful suggestions? Ta in advance!
