Turbo Boost Switcher

Hello there, I own MBP 16" with i9 2.3GHz CPU and everytime I put on MMV my fans going crazy, temperature at 90°C and more, so I tried Turbo Boost Switcher. Now my laptop is about 75°C at max and absolutely no fan noise but... it's really safe to use TBS and make the CPU gets constantly 2.3GHz? Is there any potential future damage, I don't know, to force the CPU stay there, or something else? Thanks and have a nice day!!!!
