Hello Guys!

I create beats for hip-hop and use a simple graphic movement in sync with the beat for the video presentation.

In the examples below you can see how people are applying a glowing halo of fire around the picture, I like the way it looks, and I have not found an effect that could do this, maybe there is some way to use masks or something else, what do you think?

Assuming your 'lips' have an alpha channel, scale and blur a copy then multiply with a swirling texture. Then place the untouched image on top. It won't interact with the edges of the lips but it will be close to the effect you want.
