Auto-advance not advancing for me

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the auto-advance function or maybe has a reason as to why mine isn't working. I followed the user guide (I think correctly) but I can't seem to get it to work.
This is how I have it set up.
This is played beyond Scene 1 of the Playlist to where Scene 2 of the Playlist should be playing, but it is still playing Scene 1.
Any thoughts or help would be super appreciated. Cheers!

I was copy+pasting my damn time code instead of typing the decimal for milliseconds haha.
