Combining Projects?

Hey All,
I've created a few different projects, and want to combine them to use them interchangeably in a playlist fashion so I can queue them in a live stream using Open Broadcaster Software. Is this possible or does everything have to live in the same project to use the playlist feature.
I tried creating a master project, but wasn't able to copy into it.. Any insight is helpful.
