Export Movie Dialog - Small Bug

I've noticed a potential bug when exporting videos
If choose a USB drive to export to and export the video successfully,
If I then remove the USB (or more specifically, that drive letter/file path is no longer available) and then try to choose another place to export to (using 3 dots), I am unable to choose a place to save the file to. If I click the 3 dots, nothing happens. And If i click Go!, it just comes up with error #-1.
I have to reinsert the USB (or re-establish that drive letter/file path) before I am able to export a video again.
