Magic Music Visuals

Whenever I import video the program crashes. I have the Magic Studio version running on a 64bit windows 10 I5. I was going to reinstall but I'm not sure if I will lose my saved projects if I do that. If anyone knows anything please let me know. Thanks

It is very rare that a video would cause a crash. Is there anything “different” about the videos you are importing? Format, size, etc.?
