Bypass/Disable Modules

The ability to map individual module bypass button(s) to midi.

That feature is definitely on our to-do list, see http://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/vie ... =bypass#p7 and http://magicmusicvisuals.com/forums/vie ... ypass#p127.
It will actually be a bit tricky to implement so that's why we haven't done it yet. But I promise we'll get to it soon
