Hi
May be a simple question but did not find anything in the manual.
How do I simply reverse a effect. So for example that the monochrome effect, instead of desaturating, saturates the image when getting input.
Did not find a way even after reading the whole manual.
Reverse effect input.

Re: Reverse effect input.
This could be a starting point, if I understand your requirement correctly.
You can add a Scale modifier of -1.0 and Offset modifier of 1.0. Then the Color Monochrome module will output monochrome at zero volume, and saturation will increase with volume.
Use a more negative Scale value to make the module more sensitive to volume changes.
Vary the Offset value to vary the threshold volume.
These adjustments will interact, so will need to be adjusted in turn.

The Invert modifier is a shortcut for that. It's a common operation, so it's worth having one modifier instead of two, even though they accomplish the same thing. You can add a Scale modifier of -1.0 and Offset modifier of 1.0

Indeed, but then there's Just one adjustment. One loses the facility to independently adjust the sensitivity to volume changes and to vary the threshold volume, both of which I find useful.Eric wrote:The Invert modifier is a shortcut for that. Indeed, but the question was

How do I simply reverse a effect

Re: Reverse effect input.
Both answers are great. Thanks so much!
