Global Value Midi Output

What I am trying to do is output a global Value to a virtual midi. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Magic doesn't have MIDI output. You can't output any dynamic Global values that Magic derives from music or calculation.
You can control a Global from MIDI, so in order to "share" a Global with another MIDI device you would need to feed them both with the same value from some external source.
