disappearing scenes from the tabs / anyone else?

Hey,
I've been experiencing disappearing scenes from the tabs during shows. Has that happened to anyone else?
Windows 8.1, 64 bit
Latest version of the software installed. Disappearing tabs on 2.12 and now 2.13

Perhaps you are unintentionally clicking on a tab's "x" button when selecting it, which will hide that tab..
From the User's Guide:
"...
All "x" buttons can be hidden by choosing the Hide Close Buttons option. This saves a bit of space, and prevents tabs from accidentally being closed during a performance...."
