Moving an images position

Is it possible to move the position of an image? Maybe I'm being stupid as I'm new to the program but I can't see the option anywhere. I have a small transparent logo that I want to position in the top left hand corner of the video. I only seem to be able scale the image but not move where it is in the video. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Ah perfect. Thanks for your quick response. I'm more used to Nero Video where you can just click and drag images around the screen.
