32 bit program on 64 bit system

Can I get the 64 bit version after paying for the 32 bit version?

I think you simply need to download and install the 64 bit version. You can have both installed and available - 32 bit is needed if you want to use any current 32 bit FFGL shaders, otherwise 64 bit should be better for large projects.
