Magic Music Visuals

How would I set this up in the simplest of ways.

I have my video responding to my audio source in various cool ways.
Somehow I can't wrap my head around an easy way to get a cool RGB split effect up and running.

Any ideas?

There are many ways to set up glitch effects.

The absolute simplest is to add Convergence from the IFS->Glitch category.
