Bug(?): modules with same filename not loaded simultaneously

I've created a handful of ISF modules, all of which are working on the ISF test website and load within Magic save one - Triangle.fs. After some investigation it appears that modules with the same filename are not loaded simultaneously (first-come, first-serve by the look of it) regardless of their filepath or where they would end up within Magic's menus. It would be nice to have modules loaded in regardless of what modules have been loaded before them... My Triangle.fs is not the same as the built-in Triangle.fs, and I resent having to rename it 
(Note: this works similarly for FFGL modules, and - I assume - all other types as well)
