question about sampling frequency

i want to buy a hdmi splitter. in its specs it says:
Max. Resolution: Up to 4096 x 2160 / 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz (4:2:0); 4096 x 2160 / 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz (4:4:4)
what i want is 1920x1080@60Hz, bit i dont know what sampling frequency my hdmi signal (or magics hdmi signal) is, e.g. 4:4:4, 4:2:2, 4:2:0, etc)
any ideas? thanksalot
//or asked differently, what is again the total bitrate needed for 1920x1080@60fps? 1920*1080*32*60?
