Make "Hide Close Buttons" on tabs default

...or save the chosen setting so that it is recalled when Magic re-starts or a different project is loaded.

I had been planning to request that myself. It's a frequent annoyance at present.

Yes this is no problem. I didn't do it initially because I thought people might get confused if they didn't see the close buttons upon restarting the program.
