Magic Music Visuals

I'm using Magic to send videos to MadMapper which works flawlessly however When I switch (using a crossfade) from one scene to another the video goes black till the crossfade is finished then resumes. I've tried this on several computers and with other syphon capable software. The crossfades show just fine in the Magic preview window however anything receiving the video from Magic over Syphon it does not work. I've recorded a short video showing the issue. You can skip to about 1:40 and see what I'm talking about. Is this a bug or is there something I'm missing? Also this video was from Magic 2.0 however I've updated to Magic 2.0.1 and the issue is still present.

I'm not sure about MadMapper, but when I test with the Simple Client demo program that is available from the Syphon web site (http://syphon.v002.info/#developer), it seems to work fine.

My best guess is that the problem is with the alpha channel... Is there some setting in MadMapper which has to do with how the alpha channel is processed or with premultiplying the alpha channel?

Yes! I was having the same issue as the OP. I changed the blend mode of the layer that had the syphon input on it to ignore alpha and this worked. Now the transitions show fine in madmapper.
