Is there any way to Use .png files instead of jpeg files

Hello,
Is there any way to use .png files instead of jpeg files with this program? I am using a jpeg folder to bring in several images at once but the png files would work better because they would give more space for the effects to come thru ---- It would look more dynamic using .png files.

Also cool to be able to use a sequence of png files as a video clip with Alpha.

from what i remember eric explaining it's more efficient to use 2 jpg sequences (1 for color and 1 as a mask) than to have a potential png sequence. something about jpegs being disproportionately quicker to decode than pngs.
also jpgs lacking the alpha channel is the only difference between the two.
another option would be to encode your sequence into hap alpha movie file.

Thanks Eric. I must say after wondering around the Internet in my niche your forum is light years away from everyone else's. I've always gotten a fast response. After a while it's just refreshing to deal with a service that works the way you think it should.
